Kissimmee, Florida is known as one of the largest family friendly tourist destinations in the world. However recently it been known for a large number of homeless families living in hotel rooms. In the past year there have been many nonprofit organizations started like St. Vincent de Paul, 34747 Cares, and JMJ Life Center just to name a few to help these families. Yet just recently it has been found out that another so called nonprofit will be coming to Kissimmee. On December 16, 2013 the Deed for 610 Oak Commons Blvd was signed over to Planned Parenthood. The Planned Parenthood Kissimmee location is currently being remodeled to have 20 patient rooms where surgeries can be performed. With contractors onsite last week working on the a/c one of the largest Planned Parenthood surgical centers could open within just a few weeks
